My nail spa experience ( by trendy)
My nail spa experience was a rather dull adventure……..i like to try new things and, new businesses, but some cater to your every need, and some just drop the ball. Lets talk about what happen. first of all i have to say i’m red blooded american who loves AMERICA. So if you start a business in AMERICA, we as Americans expect excellent quiality and great service…..Well my guest and i arive at the nail spa….to my surprise we have to sit in some lawn chairs before we can be served. we sat for a good 15 minutes before this place of business could sit us. Now let me put you in the frame of mind for a bit (walk in a business to sit on a lawn chair to be waited on when its vitural no other customer in the store- 4 hours before the spa closes) when we finally sit in the chair to recieve a mani and pedi. i could not understand the language, the spa owners was speaking….to add fuel to the fire i just pointed to the service i wanted ( the basic -45 minuted passed by). while the employee of the spa was sterlizing her work equipment to start my pedi her sales skills kicked in and, try to upsell me on a better package deal. after a breif 15 minute spat…. she turned to her co-wokers and started speaking in a language that i could not understand. To my surprise she turned around and smiled back at me. to assume i guess i was cheap or something ( in my feelings). so if your ever in mesquite tx. be careful of some of the nail spas you enter.
